  • Click “LOGIN” to access our patient portal, then enter your patient number and birthday.

  • Results are delivered to your office or are ready for pickup for direct-hire cases within 48-72 hours after service completion. Exceptions apply for cases pending due to:

    • incomplete or uncompleted tests;

    • patient treatment for illness;

    • required additional workups based on medical findings (e.g., lordotic view, EIA, blood chemistry); or

    • required specialist clearance based on results (e.g., cardiac or surgical clearance).

  • No appointment needed. We accept walk-in applicants! Just make sure to bring all the necessary requirements with you.

  • Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, GCash. For corporate accounts, check payments and charge arrangements may be set up subject to agreed terms.

  • Yes, you can still complete your medical exam. However, you cannot take the urinalysis while on your period. You'll need to return 5–6 days after your menstruation to ensure accurate results.

  • Fasting is not required for most medical tests. However, if your exam includes FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar) or Cholesterol, especially for those going to GCC countries, you will need to fast for at least 8–10 hours before your appointment. Water is allowed during fasting.

  • For direct hires, copies may be requested during the visit or by contacting our office. For agency partners, official results are sent directly to the agency or company. Personal copies may be requested from them.

  • Yes, we have paid basement parking available. Street parking is also available around Tomas Morato.

  • Due to limited space and privacy concerns, we discourage bringing companions. Thank you for your understanding.
